Access & entry

Yolk Workspace is open 24/7 for all members.

Yolk Café (also our reception) is open Monday–Friday, 8:00–16:00. Enter through the café during these hours.

Outside café hours, use the brown gate and enter with the code: Key5050 (works for both doors).

Tap your access card on the blue reader next to each door to enter.

 

 

Access cards & returns

Day Pass: Keep your card with you if returning the same day. Drop it in the yellow box in ClubHouse before leaving for the last time.

Week Pass: Keep your card throughout your stay. Return it to the yellow box in ClubHouse on your last day.

Lost cards incur a 25 PLN net fee.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (T&C)
It is important that you read our T&C carefully to understand your rights and protections, as well as ours. Please contact us at hello@yolkfolk.pl if you have questions regarding these T&Cs.

1. General. Acceptance of Terms
YOLK Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with registered seat in Kraków, ul. Józefa Sarego 5/4, 31-047 Kraków, Poland, entered with the National Court Register into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Commercial Department of the National Court Register under the number KRS: 818889; Tax Identification Number (NIP): 6762575400, National Business Registry Number (REGON): 385077151, with the share capital of 45,000.00 PLN (“YOLK”) provides coworking spaces and other services specified herein.

All contractual relationships between YOLK and any customer of YOLK coworking spaces and services (“Member”, together with YOLK the “Parties”, each a “Party”) shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“T&C”). By registering on the website yolkfolk.pl („Website”), the Member agrees to be bound by these T&C.

The Services YOLK provides to you (including but not limited to use of office space, the ClubHouse and access to Internet), are subject to the following T&C. YOLK reserves the right to update the T&C at any time. YOLK will contact you to notify you of any updates within 14 days of their enactment using the contact information provided in the Account. In case the Member objects to the new T&C they may terminate the Membership Agreement with a period of 14 days upon receipt of the information about the changes.

YOLK provides coworking office spaces in Kraków at Józefa Sarego 5 (“Offices”) and a café-style workplace “ClubHouse” at the ground floor. Both are commercial facilities; using these spaces for personal residence is strictly prohibited. The Offices are covered by CCTV for safety purposes. The ClubHouse is available 24/7 for members.

2. Description of Services
YOLK provides access to workstations, internet, office equipment, and meeting rooms depending on the chosen membership plan. Access is provided via an individual code or smartphone app.

Lockers: Members may rent lockers on a monthly basis for a fee. YOLK is not liable for the contents or security of the lockers.

Kitchen: Members have access to kitchen areas. Eating is prohibited in the Office working spaces but permitted in the ClubHouse. Fridges are emptied every Friday.

Guests: Members may invite up to two guests to the ClubHouse for a meeting (max 2 hours, 4 times per month). Longer visits require a Guest Pass (36 PLN/day).

Virtual Mailbox: Available in specific plans. Business registration at the YOLK address is not permitted unless specified.

3. Registration. Membership Plans. Membership Agreement. Termination
Use of Services requires registration on the Website.

First-Time Access: For all plans and passes, first-time access and smartphone app activation must occur during reception hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM).

The Membership Agreement is formed upon account creation and payment.

Available Membership Plans:

a) Dedicated Membership

Dedicated Desk (24/7 Access to First Floor Workspace)

ClubHouse & Garden Access (24/7)

8Hrs Meeting Room Credit

Discounted meeting room rates, Call booth access, Free printing.

b) Hotdesk Membership (formerly Flexible Membership)

ClubHouse Workspace Access (24/7)

Garden Workspace Access

5Hrs Meeting Room Access (Garden Multimedia Room)

Discounted meeting room rates & Community Access.

c) 10-Day Membership

10 Days of access to the ClubHouse & Garden per month.

A “Day” is defined as a 24-hour period from the time of entry.

No Rollover: Unused days at the end of the 30-day billing cycle expire.

Overages: Additional days can be purchased at a special Member Rate (36 PLN net).

This plan does not include free meeting room credits.

d) Hotdesk Day Pass / Week Pass

Use of the ClubHouse for a 24-hour or 7-day period respectively.

e) Dedicated Day Pass / Week Pass

Use of the First Floor Workspace for a 24-hour or 7-day period respectively.

Renewal & Termination: Agreements renew automatically. Termination requires written notice to admin@yolkfolk.pl:

Members using up to 4 desks: 14 days notice.

Members using 5+ desks: 90 days notice.

Clean Desk Policy: Members (except Dedicated) must remove personal items daily. YOLK is not liable for items left behind.

4. Terms of Payment
Payments are made via the Website (Bank transfer, PayPal, Credit Card).

Members are charged monthly in advance. For the 10-Day Membership, the fee covers 10 days within a 30-day window.

Late payments (over 10 working days) incur a 5% fee and potential suspension of services.

Early termination by the Member does not entitle them to a refund of fees already paid.

5. No Unlawful or Prohibited Use
Members shall not use services for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to: spamming, harassment, infringing intellectual property, or attempting to hack YOLK systems.

6. Personal Data (GDPR)
YOLK processes personal data (name, contact, tax ID) for the performance of the Membership Agreement and marketing (if consented). Data is stored securely and shared only with necessary contractors (accountants, IT). Members have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data. Photography: Members grant YOLK permission to take photographs/film for promotional use. Pre-warning will be provided to allow for objections.

7. Confidentiality
Members may be exposed to Confidential Information regarding YOLK or other members. Members agree to maintain strict confidentiality and not disclose such information to third parties.

8. Indemnification & Limited Liability
Members are responsible for any damage caused by their negligence. YOLK is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of profits, personal injury, or theft of personal belongings (laptops, phones, etc.) in the workspace.

9. Miscellaneous
These T&C are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be settled by the common courts of Kraków. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder of the T&C remains in effect.
